My name is Taz, and this is the story of my retirement from active duty to civilian life as a service dog. My hashtag is #tazoteausmc and this Night 8.
Today was rough until I discovered taco. Now all I can think about is taco. But I’m keeping my eyes open for those crazy furballs. They are sneaky enemies.
My human dad just Skyped. He was happy to see me. He said I’m a good boy, and he misses me. He said I’m a hero, and he thinks I’m going to get a medal. I saw my friends and they all howled for me. I was so excited, but why are they in that box and not here with me? Why can’t I smell them? This is confusing.
He said I have to take to care of food lady and the boy now while I get better. It’s my mission. He said women are weirdos, but they’re nice and give you good food. Like tacos. He wants me to give her a chance. He said she’s a good lady. He said I’ll get used to them.
